Real Estate Ad Template

In the spring of 2012, we were approached by a local realtor looking for an easy-to-update ad template for a bi-monthly lifestyle magazine. Along with the details of a standard real estate ad, the client —an avid supporter of our local pet shelters— wanted a space to feature an adoptable pet.

This template, originally created as a document that could be edited directly in the client’s word processing software featured an easy to update layout with standard fonts and a color palette that changed seasonally or could be customized to match the exterior photos of the highlighted property.

After a few years of manipulating the same template, we felt it was time to freshen it up. By removing the wave overlay and creating a more modern photo grid, we were able to incorporate additional photos of the property and create more refined columns of type for the descriptions. Additionally, the adoptable furry friend is more of a standout inside a boldly colored box.
